Terms of Service

Beta notice. Levels Flow is in active beta. These terms reflect how the Service works today and will be revised before paid plans launch. If you need a counter-signed contract for your business, email legal@levelsflow.app.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Levels Flow (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to studio owners (“you”) and to anyone you invite into your workspace as a client or collaborator.

2. Beta period

Levels Flow is currently in beta. The Service is provided free of charge during this period and is offered “as is” without warranty. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Paid plans will be introduced when the beta closes; you will be told in advance and given the opportunity to choose a plan or export your data before any charge is made.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used to upload unlawful content.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the audio, invoices, receipts, client records, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Levels Flow a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service on your behalf — including storing files in our infrastructure, generating shareable links you create, and rendering invoices and receipts to people you authorise. We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models. We do not sell or share Your Content with advertisers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to upload, distribute, or facilitate any content that infringes another party's rights, that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours, or that contains malware. You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security, or access data that is not yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Payments and refunds

Pricing during the beta is zero. Once paid plans launch, charges will be billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or annual). Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will run to the end of the current period. Per-invoice processing fees, if any, are passed through at cost.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these terms or for activity that places the Service or its users at risk. If we terminate for cause we will, where reasonable, give you an opportunity to export Your Content first.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levels Flow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Levels Flow's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
