About
Built by an engineer, for engineers.
Levels Flow started in Perth, Australia, on a project where a single mix went through too many email threads, four Dropbox links, two voice memos, and a splits sheet that never quite added to a hundred. The mix was fine. The handoff was the problem.
I'm Sheldon, a working engineer running Levels Studio out of Perth. I built Levels Flow because the existing options either ignored the engineer entirely (the generic file-sharing tools) or buried what you need to run a studio, including the invoicing, the receipts, and the accountant access, behind another lot of subscriptions. The tool I wanted didn't exist. So I made it.
I spent years emailing mixes and hearing the same follow-up: wrong bounce, missing ZIP, can you send that again? I wanted one place where every version of a client's song lived in order, labelled and easy to find, instead of another mystery file in their downloads folder. Even after the passes were out the door, I was still chasing money that should have been settled weeks ago. The late night calls and messages about tiny tweaks (a ride down a touch, one word in a backing vocal) are why the comment thread and requests tab sit next to the waveform: the note belongs on the take, not buried in my notifications at midnight.

The free tier is the real product, not a tease. If Levels Flow works for one of your projects, the rest follow.
