Get paid before they own the file.

Tick "Gate this track behind the invoice" when you create the invoice. The share page shows the client a paywall instead of audio. The moment you mark the invoice paid, the audio unlocks — same link, no re-send. The session ends with the bank transfer, not three follow-up emails.

  • Branded invoice tied to a specific song
  • Auto-increment numbering, multi-currency
  • Mark paid → audio unlocks for the client

Stripe automated payment is on the roadmap. Today the mark-paid step is one click after the bank transfer lands.

Client experience

Stop being your client's backup drive.

Invite a client once. Every song you've ever delivered to them sits inside their portal — by project, by date, by version. They open it on their phone in the back of an Uber three months after the session and the audio is right there. No re-send. No expired Dropbox link. No 11pm DM.

Your accountant logs in without a login.

Save your accountant's email in settings. Levels Flow generates a long token URL. They open it in their browser and see every invoice, quote, and receipt — read-only, with totals, categories, and dates already laid out. No Levels Flow account, no seat to buy, revoke the link any time.

  • Read-only access to invoices, quotes, receipts
  • Eighteen tax categories already mapped
  • Revocable any time from settings

Email triage

Stop digging through Gmail for the right WAV.

Forward your music inbox to your Levels Flow alias, or BCC it on outgoing client mail. An AI filter keeps audio attachments, ZIPs of stems, splits PDFs, and mix notes — and discards the rest. What lands on the Email tab is download-ready and, where the model can guess, already linked to the right song.

  • Forwarding alias for Gmail / Outlook auto-forward
  • AI keeps audio + ZIPs, drops the marketing mail
  • Auto-linked to the matching song where possible

Pro tier · Direct Gmail / Outlook OAuth on the roadmap.

Levels Flow folds the boring half of running a studio into the same surface where you deliver the music. The list is short on purpose.

  • Cloud storage

Drive / Dropbox5 GB to 2 TB inside Levels Flow

Audio lives where it gets delivered. Share links don't expire and your client doesn't end up on someone else's marketing list.

  • Bookkeeping

Invoicing app + receipts tracker + accountant shareInvoices, receipts, and accountant view in one place

Branded invoices with your logo, tax ID, and bank details. Eighteen tax-ready expense categories. A revocable read-only link that gives your accountant the whole picture without an extra seat.

Five things you stop doing the day you switch.

None of these are about the music. The music is fine. The week around the music is the problem.

  • Sending delivery links and invoices separately

Tick a box on the new-invoice form to gate the audio. The share page shows a paywall until you mark the invoice paid; then it unlocks automatically.

  • Re-sending old files every time a client asks

Invite a client once. Every song you've ever uploaded for them lives in their portal forever. The “can you resend?” email goes away.

  • Cleaning up your books at tax time

Branded invoices (your logo, tax ID, bank), receipts in eighteen tax-ready categories, and a revocable read-only link your accountant opens without an account. One book of records, three audiences.

  • Paying for extra cloud storage just for audio

5 GB on Free, 1 TB on Studio, 2 TB included on Pro (with $5 per 100 GB after if you grow), custom on Enterprise. Audio lives in Levels Flow with row-level security. Drop the Drive plan.

  • Hunting through email for the right attachment

Stop searching for the right email with the right attachment to download. Every revision and stem lives on the song's share link — clients open the latest version without forwarding a thread or asking you to re-send.

Pricing that scales with the work, not the studio.

Free during beta. Studio and Pro pricing wires up with Stripe once the beta closes — early adopters keep the launch rate.

Questions, answered honestly.

  • Do my clients need an account?

No. Every share link works without signup — clients open it, listen, leave timestamped comments, approve the final, and download. They only need an account if you want them in the persistent client portal.

  • Can I cancel my Dropbox or Drive plan?

Yes — that's the point. Free gives you 5 GB, Studio 1 TB, Pro 2 TB included (with $5 per 100 GB after if you grow past it), and Enterprise is a custom allocation. Audio lives here; clients open the share link to listen and download. The Drive subscription is an outgoing you can stop paying.

  • Why is Free actually free?

Free is $0 a month with unlimited clients, invoices, and quotes. Every plan keeps a small percentage on each invoice that gets paid through Levels Flow — and the higher the tier, the lower the cut. Free is 5%, Studio is 2.5%, Pro is 1%, Enterprise is 0% (negotiated). Card-processing costs on client invoice payments are covered from the Levels Flow side (what you pay us — subscription + that percentage), not by charging your clients above the invoice total. Run a couple of invoices a month? Free is cheapest. Bill more than $360/mo? Studio's $9 + 2.5% pays for itself. Bill more than ~$1,330/mo? Pro's $29 + 1% wins.

  • Can I lock the audio until the client pays?

Yes. Tick "Gate a track behind this invoice" when you create the invoice — the share page shows a paywall instead of audio until you mark the invoice paid. Stripe auto-pay is on the roadmap; today the mark-paid step is one click after the bank transfer lands.

  • How does my accountant see the books?

Save your accountant's email in settings, share the generated token URL once, and they open /accountant-view in their browser. They see every invoice, quote, and receipt read-only. No Levels Flow account, no extra subscription, revocable any time.

  • What happens to my clients' files if I downgrade?

Existing share links keep working. Past songs stay readable in the client portal. Storage caps apply to new uploads — if you're over the cap on a lower tier, you can still play and download what's there, but new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade.

  • How do I move clients off Dropbox onto Levels Flow?

Drag the audio onto the dashboard, the client gets a single share link by email, done. For old work the client wants to keep, invite them to the portal once — every song you've ever uploaded for them shows up under their login. No re-sending, no expired links.

  • Can I pull files out of my Gmail?

Yes — every Pro plan gets a forwarding alias like ab12cd34ef56@in.levelsflow.app. Set Gmail or Outlook to auto-forward your music inbox (or just BCC the alias on outgoing client mail) and Levels Flow runs every email through an AI filter that keeps audio, ZIPs of stems, splits PDFs, and mix-notes — and discards everything else. Kept attachments show up on the Email tab in your dashboard, auto-linked to the matching song where we can. Direct Gmail/Outlook OAuth is on the roadmap.

  • Where is my audio stored?

Supabase Storage with row-level security — only your studio can read your audio. Share links use signed URLs that you can revoke at any time, and the share-token URL for your accountant is independent and revocable too.

  • What audio formats do you support?

WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A, and OGG for individual mixes; ZIP for stems packages. Loudness analysis runs on every uploaded mix automatically.

  • Do you handle splits sheets and ISRC?

Yes — per-song fields capture splits, ISRC, ISWC, and sync flags, and print to PDF when you need them. Most studios never touch them. The ones that do use them on every song.
